What to watch for this week: |
Family Outdoor Movie Night We are excited for our Outdoor Movie Night this Friday, October 21, in the main parking lot at the school. The movie, Raya and the Last Dragon, will start at 7 p.m. Families are encouraged to arrive at 6:30 p.m. to set up a spot, purchase concessions (cash only) and settle in before we start the show.
It will be cold once the sun goes down. Dress warm, bring blankets and chairs. The Movie Night Committee will be selling popcorn, candy, and water from 6:30- p.m. for $1 a piece, cash only. Feel free to bring your own snacks as well. We will have limited spots in the lot for cars to park and it will be first come, first served.

We are excited to announce the first annual Wickliffe Social!! This exciting adults-only event was previously known as Informal Affair and will be a fantastic evening of food, drinks, games, prizes, music, silent auction and live auction, and more!
Please join uson Saturday, November 19th, 7pm to 10pm, at the 4H Center (2201 Fred Taylor Drive) on OSU Campus.
It is a wonderful celebration of community and a time to get to know one another. The pack is back!

Outdoor Movie Night this Friday! |

Please join us this Friday, October 21st for our first ever Outdoor Movie Night! We will be showing Raya and the Last Dragon starting at 7pm on the East side of the building in the parking lot. This event is free to attend. Bring your chairs and blankets to cozy up and plan to arrive around 6:30pm to get set up so that we may start the movie on time. We will also have space for a limited number of cars in the back of the lot available on a first come, first served basis if you prefer to watch from the back of your vehicle. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks, hot chocolate, etc. We will also have popcorn, candy, and water available for purchase from 6:30-7pm for $1 each (cash only). In case of inclement weather, we will cancel the event and send notification via email and on the PTO Facebook page. The PTO is in need of several volunteers to assist with parking and concessions so if you’ll be attending Movie Night and are willing to help, we’d love the assistance! Second annual Wickliffe Family Fun Run |

Register & Make Your Donation Here » Register today for this community-building event focused on empowerment, togetherness, and encouragement as students complete a staggered-start, looping run/walk throughout Fancyburg Park. There'll be a DJ, swag bags, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, Krispie Kreme donuts by the dozen for purchase, and plenty of cheering supporters to add to the fun! Heart to Heart Food Pantry |
|
Wickliffe students can bring in nonperishable food items all year long to benefit the Heart to Heart Food Pantry. The pantry is in particular need of peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti sauce, syrup, and canned soup, although any nonperishable items are welcome. Toiletries and diapers are also always helpful. Donation boxes will be located in each neighborhood and at the school entrance. We will deliver donations on a monthly basis. Veterans Day town meeting at Wickliffe |

We will be honoring veterans on Veterans Day (Friday, November 11). Is there a veteran in your family or do you know of someone who has served or is serving in the military? Fill out this form so we can honor them at our town meeting. Veterans and their families are invited to breakfast and coffee provided by our PTO between 8- 8:30 a.m. Then we'll ask them to join in our school town meeting at 8:30 in seats of honor. At the conclusion of the town meeting, they may go back to their student's classroom to introduce themselves and say hello. If you have more than one veteran, please fill out the form for each veteran. |
